1. Confidentiality: All investigations carried out by our private investigation company are completely confidential. Details of the investigation will only be shared with the client and/or relevant authorities if legally required.

2. Honesty: We conduct our investigations honestly and ethically, following applicable laws and regulations. 

3. Payment: Payment for our services must be agreed upon before beginning the investigation. We do not carry out investigations until payment has been agreed and made in full.

4. Results: We strive to provide accurate and reliable results. However, we cannot guarantee the results of an investigation, as this depends on several factors, such as information provided by the client and the cooperation of third parties.

5. Responsibility: We are not responsible for the actions that the client takes based on the results of the investigation. Our responsibility is limited to the conduct of the investigation itself.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
